With the Puela Region finally at peace, Human Balls have now been discovered in the brand-new Tiara Region. Ankell — the character who sold Realm Island to Seda in the first game — decides to travel to Tiara to investigate, hunting girls just as Seda did before her. But there's a deeper reason driving her journey: she wants to find out who killed Zarla, her girlfriend who died in Tiara years ago.
